com is seeking a dynamic individual interested in working with our Acuna, Mexico production operation and its customers in the area of program management and customer service.
This is an entry level position and on-the-job training will be provided, but experience in various areas is a plus.
Plant location is in Acuna, Mexico.
Experience Areas:
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
· Some project management experience a plus.
· Good time management, organization, and problem-solving ability.
· Ability to work in a team environment.
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
· Exposure to manufacturing systems / tools such as SAP, Agile, MRP, Bills of Material.
· Experience leading / managing people.
· Progress tracking ability (e.
g.
, agendas, meeting notes, scheduled follow-ups, Gant Charts).
· Self-starter.
Takes initiative on issues as they arise.
· Identifying opportunities for improvement and follow up to closure.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree is required
· Ability to speak English and Spanish is a plus.
· Must be willing to relocate to Del Rio, Texas.
· Must enjoy working with a wide variety of people.
