Construction Manager Representative (CMR)

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER REPRESENTATIVE - NATIONAL PARK SERVICES - BIG BEND NATIONAL PARK Seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager with a degree in Construction Management to join our team on a Bridge Preservation Project in Big Bend National Park, TX.
Candidates will act as Design and Construction Managers reporting to a Program Manager as well as collaborate and assist VA client staff to provide data, and generate reports, as a representative for the client on major healthcare construction projects.

Claims Analysis and Resolution Services Required Qualifications: Licensing: none required Certification: NICET-CT, OSHA 30 Education: Bachelor of Architecture/Engineering or Construction Management from an accredited school of higher education.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in both design and construction Prior experience working with Federal Government Project Managers/CORs on processing change orders, requests for information, submittals, and field observation reports.
Knowledge: Able to quickly understand and master Requirements of local state and federal jurisdictions in relation to the Project.
Construction Contract Documents including Front End and Technical Specifications and Drawings to readily understand and assess the requirements.
Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, budgeting, and scheduling to lead to the project’s success.
MS Project and Computer skills Preferred Qualifications: Leadership: Must possess the ability to collaborate and integrate with other professionals PE license CCM, PMP certifications
