JOB DESCRIPTION:
DLP Staffing is seeking an experienced sales professional who genuinely loves to build professional relationships with others while bringing in new business.
JOB SUMMARY:
Generate new business to expand current customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Identify and attend events, networking, job fairs, and in-person selling to bring new clients.
Experience in using Linked In, and social media platforms for research.
Identify prospective customers, using business directories, leads from existing clients, participation in organizations, trade shows, or conference attendance.
Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information.
Prioritize, organize, and accomplish the assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Performs other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Coachable and open to receiving constructive and specific feedback to aid in selling effectively and efficiently.

Attention to detail and active listening are a must.
Must be able to travel up to 75% *Company vehicle provided and per diem TBD.
Responsible for preparing and submitting professional proposals.
Exceptional written and verbal communication with impeccable use of grammar and punctuation
Provide excellent customer service skills.
Must have computer skills.
Must be bilingual.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED:
Receives supervision from the Operations Manager.
Must complete jobs without constant supervision.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and outdoor environment.
ALCOHOL AND DRUG TESTING POLICY:
This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing.
DLP Staffing has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and/or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of proven sales experience
Deep knowledge of customer relations, marketing, and communications, and managing the “sales process” from start to finish.
Must be an independent thinker.
Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well-organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Superior customer service skills in dealing with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Other: Valid Drivers’ License Class C
