Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
Performs speech therapy evaluation and treatment in both outpatient and acute inpatient settings.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform speech therapy assessment, once physician's orders are received
Provide written evaluation and plan of care to the physician
Reassess patient monthly to update plan of care
Supervision of speech therapy assistant and other support staff
Must continuously improve SLP knowledge & skills

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFCATIONS:
Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Speech Language Pathology.
TX State Speech Therapy License required.
Current CPR certification required.
Ability to work independently and maintain a positive, courteous attitude.
Continued employment is contingent on successfully maintaining current required certification(s) and/or license(s).
